Booking rules
Minimum stay required: 2 nights
The Client will select the apartment that he intends to use in temporary enjoyment among those present on the website www.4elementsboutiquehome.it and will be able to make a booking request on the selected apartment in the following ways:

- by website www.4elementsboutiquehome.it
- 20% of the amount of the stay at the time of the reservation of the entire amount at the time of check-in. These amounts can be paid through:
- credit card
- Pay-directly in the structure through Pos
- IBAN bank transfer: IT21E0103017121000001460113
Check-in
Check-in takes place according to the methods and times established in the booking confirmation, which are normally:
- from 11 to 14 (for different times, make arrangements with 4 Elements Boutique Home)
A representative of 4 Elements Boutique Home, present at fixed time of arrival of the guest, will have the task of delivering:
- keys
- call numbers and useful information, contacts 4 Elements Boutique Home, password wi-fi
- general rules of of 4 Elements Boutique Home and apartment specifications
The guest:
- will provide the person with the documents all occupants of the apartment. It should be remembered that guests other than those indicated in the booking request and without a valid valid identity document cannot be accepted.
Check-out
Check-out takes place according to the methods and times established in the booking confirmation, which are normally:

A person in charge of 4 Elements Boutique Home will be present at the apartment and together with the guest will verify that everything is in order and that the general and specific rules of the flat.
On the part of the guest
- if the guest cancels the reservation before the 15th day from the date of arrival the deposit will be fully refunded by bank transfer or paypall.
- if the guest cancels more than the 15th day from the date of arrival, the deposit will be entirely retained.
- if the guest vacates the apartment early, the entire amount paid will be lost.
- if the guest does not show up, the amount already paid will be withheld entirely.
On the part of 4 Elements Boutique Home
- if the booked property is unusable or unusable, 4 Elements Boutique Home reserves the right to cancel the reservation and eventually replace the apartment at any time with another available at the same level or higher level or possibly at the discretion of the customer to return the sums paid up to that time, without the latter having the right to compensation for damages.
General Terms and Conditions
This holiday home contract has as its object the granting in temporary enjoyment of less than 28 days by 4 Elemements Boutique Home to the Customer of a real estate unit, against payment by the user of the premises of the consideration established by the company.
The duration of the contract is the one indicated in the reservation and at the end of the aforementioned term the Customer must release the apartment without any cancellation being required.
The guest must follow the following general rules during the booking, check-in, stay and check-out phase. Failure to comply will result in a penalty being charged.
The customer undertakes to:
- to respect the agreed check-in and check-out times and promptly notify in case of delays.
- deliver the apartment in the same state in which it was delivered
- to occupy the apartment only by the people indicated by him in the booking form. Any exceptions must be agreed in advance.
- occupy the apartment by people with a regular residence permit, if foreign. The customer assumes direct responsibility for the truthfulness of this declaration.
- use the property with care and refrain from any action that may cause damage to the property, to the movable property contained therein, to the appurtenances of the same. In any case, he is obliged to compensate all the damage he has caused.
- do not reproduce or hand over the keys to the property to third parties. The loss of the keys will result in the Customer being charged for the cost of replacing the lock and a number of 6 sets of keys.
- do not allow pets into the apartment
- do not smoke inside the apartment.
- The contractual liability of 4 Elements Boutique Home towards the Customer will be limited to the amount that the Customer will have paid for the provision of the service covered by this contract.
- 4 Elements Boutique Home will not be liable to the Customer for interruptions and suspensions of the supply of electricity, internet, television.
- 4 Elements Boutique Home will not be liable for damages caused by the Customer during the use of the property following theft.
- 4 Elements Boutique Home, where additional services are not provided directly by its staff, not may be held liable for disruptions or responsibilities attributable solely to the persons or companies that will provide the aforementioned services.
The Syracuse court will be competent to settle any dispute that may arise between the parties regarding the validity, execution or interpretation of the contract. In any case, the aforementioned contract will only be applicable to Italian law.
The Customer expressly authorizes 4 Elements Boutique Home to the processing of their personal data pursuant to art. 13 d. lgs. June 30, 2003 No. 196 – “Code regarding the protection of personal data” and Article. 13 GDPR 679/16 – “European regulation on the protection of personal data”, to subjects delegated by the company for the purposes of the execution of this contract.
